Shiny Dragonite

A nice shade of green :)

Ruins it. It's not super ugly but the others were so nice!

I don't mind that they picked green per se. But did they have to pick the ugliest shade of green they could? It should have been emerald green, or dark green. Missed opportunity.

Love green and purple, this is a particularly nice green.

I love the soft, kindly shade of green with the purple accent. Low key, but a winner in my book.

3.5 - The excellence of the previous stages brings this one down unfortunately. Doing my best to judge it in isolation, the colors aren't the worst, kind of looks like an old style European dragon. Perhaps even an inverse Barney the dinosaur, which also evokes friendly giant energy. Green makes sense with the Japanese name as well, since its a play on 'kaiju'. You will immediately be able to tell it is a shiny pokemon at least!

I don't think it necessarily needs to be pink to match the line, but this is a let down in comparison. I think it would look nicer if its green matched the green/teal of the under wing of the original though, is a more vibrant and cheerful color. For a full overhaul I think it'd also look nice in blue either similar to the other stages or like Psyduck's shiny. Or lean into the lighthouse angle and make it silver/white with yellow tummy, maybe red for the wings? That'd be neat to have it blend in with the fog. Or more of silver/gray Armour color to lean into the knight angle.

i think dragonite is one of the cutest pokémon full stop, and the shiny reminds me of watching《Pete's Dragon》as a kid; that def tempers my disappointment.

Don’t like the color, but I like dragonite to much to give it a bad rating.

It's an okay color. I guess he looks more like a winged yoshi now. That's pretty cool.
