The shiny version of Raichu in Pokémon GO was released on 08/08/2017.
Raichu was originally discovered in the Kanto region. The main color of shiny Raichu is orange. The typing of this Pokémon is electric. The Pokédex number of Raichu is #26. In the dex they call Raichu the Mouse Pokémon
